This report presents the proposed Corporate KPI Framework for 2026-2027 for Scrutiny Panel review. The framework updates and strengthens key performance indicators to ensure statutory compliance, support strategic priorities, and improve service delivery. Notable changes include new measures for public protection, estates health and safety, planning efficiency, customer service, housing, and environmental outcomes. 2.1 Reviews and endorses the proposed Corporate KPI Framework for 2026-2027 for progression to Cabinet.

2.2 Confirms that the framework adequately covers statutory compliance, strategic outcomes, customer experience and financial resilience; and advises on any refinements or additions.

2.3 Notes the governance timetable, including the Chairman’s Briefing (19th January 2026), Scrutiny Panel (22nd January 2026), and Cabinet (11th March 2026).

2.4 Requires that the Equality Impact Assessment is appended prior to publication and decision.
