Final Statement of accounts 2024/25 and Draft Audit Plan 2025/26

Details:

The Committee will consider a report which asks that it approve the 2024/25 statement of accounts, noting the 2024/25 Audit Plan, Letter of Representation to be signed by the S151 Officer and the two audit reports: the Year-End Report to the Governance and Audit Committee (ISA 260 report), and the Auditors’ Annual Report. It will also be asked to note and approve the Annual Governance Statement, to be signed by the Leader of the Council and the Chief Executive, and note and agree the Audit Plan for 2025/2026.
