BINS FOR THE REST OF COLCHESTER!
Please provide the entirety of Colchester with Wheelie Bins.
We are looking that Colchester provide us all with wheelie bins as those without have regular waste being ripped in to by various animals through the night and this is not only disgusting. It is:
1. Unhygienic!
2. Poses a threat to the environment!
3. Potentially hazardous to children or others!
4. Gives a dirty appearance to visitors to the town!
5. Very old fashioned way of keeping our rubbish!
6. Looks like the Council only care for one-side of the borough!
Please provide wheelie bins to all households in Colchester as we all pay our taxes!
