Cabinet will consider a report providing exempt information in support of the report in Part A of the agenda which seeks Cabinet’s authorisation to appropriate for planning purposes, the land known as the former Bus Station and St James’s House, Queen Street pursuant to section 122(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 in order to facilitate redevelopment in accordance with the recently granted planning permission or any redevelopment achieving similar regeneration of the land
